Liberty Park

Liberty Park

Liberty Park, located at 600 Park Ave, is the smallest of the five parks, offers a nice, quiet location perfect for that small picnic lunch.  You’ll find a picnic table nestled in the trees along with some playground equipment just waiting to be utilized.  Bring the kids and let them play on the swings, slides and other equipment while you enjoy a pleasant afternoon or evening outdoors.

**DON’T FORGET…each year, over Labor Day weekend, Liberty Park is the site for the Hog Days Flea Market.

Remember, the benefits of parks and recreation are endless.  Come out and play today!!!

Can you camp in the park if you are vendor for the Hog Days flea market?

    • Kewanee Park District says:

That would be a questions that would need to be answered by the City of Kewanee as the Kewanee Park District only leases a portion of that park from the City. If you would like to contact City Hall the number is 309-852-2611.
      Thank you
